Who we are

Stichting Stray Cats International (KvK 42164375), Oosterengweg 45, 1223RA Hilversum, Netherlands is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: straycatsinternational@gmail.com.

What we collect
Information you send us through our forms (contact, volunteering, fostering and adoption): your name, email, phone number, location and anything you choose to tell us. For donations, your name, email and payment details, processed by Stripe/PayPal. We never see your full card details.

Why we use it
To answer your questions, process applications, arrange adoptions and fostering, and handle donations. We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for, based on your consent or on steps needed to fulfil your request.

Who we share it with
Our website host (Squarespace) and payment providers (Stripe/PayPal), which process data on our behalf. Because we work in both the Netherlands and the UAE, volunteers in both countries may see application details needed for an adoption or foster placement. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 1 year. Adoption and foster records: up to 2 years after placement. Donation records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
